soggy suspension?

I have 17poo cup springs which are ever so slightly shorter apparently, but does look very similar to filips.

The springs were replaced fairly recently so dont think its soggy suspension plug car feels firm when u give it a bounce! Still scrubbing after wheel alignment only does it on one lock iv not realised so going to check out the lining wen i get a chance. Wheel alignment didnt go well they couldnt of done it properly still have steering wheel slightly left to go straight line.
