i wouldnt get cams from ktec again my last set caused nothing but trouble. the inlet cam collapsed causing me to get 4 bent valves. they reluctantly changed the cam only for the exhaust cam to do exactly the same thing 400 miles later.i have contacted them about this issue but have had no response what so ever. the cams were clearly faulty but they dontwant to do anything about it. customer services (yeah right)just my 2 peneth on the ktec experience.

sounds more like the timing as opposed to faulty cams, as cams are rarely faulty, it's usually something else. Pulley, timing etc etc

if it was incorrect timing why would it run for 500 miles first? if the timing was wrong it would of bent the valves on start up wouldit not. i certainly know how to fit a set of cams and time it up correctly.

ive had 2 std williams cams fail(inlet and exhaust), one at idle and another while cruising along at 40ish, both were timed correctly and ran spot on untill it happened.
