Since the Smash, Hybrid Returns.

Well, as i posted a while ago my Wee hybrid went through some stages. Heres how it looked :



Then it looked after 2 days like this:



Anyway.

got over it and started sorting a new shell for my 170+bhp f7r.

Found this spunker and got it off bass, bar the funny shaped arches and shitty overspray and sills it aint too bad, and he sorted me out on it so here it is :



Seeing as some body panels were ****ed we swapped some over, but also did the crutial stuff.

Engine swaps :



Enlisted in help from robster, matty and eternalife.

After all the balling around and hassle, it was in and i had some running problems which me and rob diagnosed later as map sesnor plug wires were ****ed. Replaced, filled with fluids and it started perfect!

Now it looks like this :







Its in a garage atm having some bits and bobs done that i know are a ballache and on the weekend it goes to have the blue bits (and standard mirrors/bumpstrips) colour matched, when i get it back its getting a good pc, some more bits done, then it just needs interior re-stripping and painting. Then the buckets/harnesses fitted and shes sweet as a nut again!

Thought id fill you all in over here so i can be back on the badass hybrid owners list that martin forgot me off :(

Can't wait for her to be back 100% again.

The interior is going black i think, although i have black seats+harnesses, its alot of black :(
