I wrapped my supersprint manifold today apart from the obvious keeping the temps in the bay down is it really worth it??

difficult to say really also helps keep exhaust gas speeds up and aids scavenging too but in real terms who knows..

seems to be a wee smidge more pressure comin out the exhaust now heat in bay is down too :D took loadsa effort to do but looks well. gonna get a few pics of the wee project up soon!!

Anyone selling one ? how much are they ?
