    My 1993 Clio Hybrid

Time has come to sell my much loved Clio. Really don't want to sell, but my bank account says otherwise!!
Going to really miss it, but the diesel economy is calling!
    Here's the spec:

    1993 Clio 1.8 16v/Williams Hybrid

    88000 miles
    11 Months MOT
    4 Months TAX

    2.0l F7R Williams Engine conversion.
Engine rebuilt with BB Tuning Big end bearings, main bearings and thrust washers, Prima Racing 1.6mm Group N head gasket. All belts and tensioners re-newed.
Engine fitted with GSF R5 GTT uprated clutch kit.
    All done March 2006.

New rear disks, pads and bearings for MOT
Track rod ends changed at 80300 miles
Dissy cap and rotor arm fitted 22/08/07
Iridium Spark plugs fitted at 79795

AVO fully adjustable coilovers (height and damping) fitted at 77000 miles (12/07/07) New top mounts fitted as well.
    Pipercorss induction kit
Magnex cat back stainless steel exhaust system
    K-tec stainless steel de-cat pipe
    Polished header tank
Standard 16v Turbine Alloys referbed by Glancross Restorations on 24/05/06 so are in very good condition.
Momo steering wheel + gear nob
Interior is in good condition apart from the drivers seat, which has wear on the outside side bolster (see pic)
Stereo not included, but will leave the 16cm Infinity components in the doors.

Phase 2 Grill and carbon effect boot plinth.

Interior is in good condition apart from the drivers seat, which has wear on the outside side bolster (see pic)

Bodywork is in very good condition, rear arches have been sorted so are perfect (see pics)
NO RUST on the body, took me AGES to find one that wasn’t rusted to hell!
Only problem with bodywork is on the bonnet. The coilovers where fitted wrong, and with the old soft top mounts (sorted straight away, and new top mounts fitted), the adjuster made contact with the bonnet putting a small lump in the bonnet at one side (see pic) and a tiny lump at the other side. I have been going to get another bonnet as it has a few stone chips as well, I’ve tried to get a picture of them but it’s too shiny!! I’ve just never got around to it as it didn’t bother me that much.
With a fresh bonnet I believe the bodywork would be absolutely spot on!

Big folder of receipts to confirm parts etc.

The car is in Barrow-in-Furness, or can be viewed in Hawes, North Yorkshire.

    Looking for £2000 ono

Forgot to mention I fitted a new battery a month or so ago and I have heat wrapped the manifold.
Got a couple of engine bay shots.
Rocker cover isn't the best, was in the process of polishing one which I will be selling.
