spark plugs stuck!

trying to take my spark plugs out, but they are extreamly tight, if it helps. i think there tight because iv melted them after silly speeds, anyway that doesnt matter. does any1 have any sugestions on taking these babys out without snapping them and calling a thread doctor?

silly speeds shouldn't have melted them, plenty of peple thrape around a track all day and have no probs

Just try tapping wrench with hammer in an undoing motion, shocking the thread

got the plugs out, they were fine, turnes out the 4th injector plug was loose! so im pleased it was only that,

bring on the throttle bodies!
