    Clio Williams Turbo 215bhp £2800

    Hi All,

As some of you may know im into MotoX and extreeme MTB but had a bit of a stack on Friday and shattered my collarbone. Just had it platted (so excuse my spelling or if any of this makes sence, the drugs still aint worne off ) As ill be out of action for a while im considering selling the Williams Turbo

    Spec as followes

    It was a bare williams 2 shell so i had to buy;

    Interior
    wheels
suspention (4 month old shocks n arms from Richy)
    wings,doors,bonnet,boot,bumper,lights ect.
all the loom was changed and heater matrix fitted.

the wheels have been refirbed by "http://www.pristinealloywheels.co.uk/" and brand new centrecap and 2tyres, they look spot on,

ive put all the running gear from the bb tuning car into the clio as it had only done 60k.
    http://www.williamsclio.co.uk/forum/...ic.php?t=28510
this is when the car was featured

includes Pace Chargecooler, oilcooler, sfs hose's, recent head rebuild, full fluid change. its also got the bigger 280 front brakes and a B+M short shift kit.

The car only needs a new handbrake cable fitting(i have the cable just cant fit it with 1 arm ) rear door card fabric Glued back on, battery thats in the boot needs its box bolting to the floor and thats about it, the steering colum needs a blob of weld or a bolt at the bottom where its loose (classic) and the tracking will need checking as i unseized the rod ends to widen it for the wide track. tbh there is very little to do and i can do it myelf but not for 8 weeks plus. My intention was to re-spray the car as its a little tatty with a small dent in the rear 1/4 so it looked one of the best in the UK (if i don't sell this is what i will do as i've done the hard bits)

as for price, ive worked it out.
Williams Clio £1500 (for a shabby one)
    Turbo conv £1500+
    wheels recon and tyres £500
    Private plate (C10 WLL) £500

so arround the £4000 mark, i think is a fair price. i really wanna keep it but could also do with the money, i also have a 18poo and 2 kit cars that the Mrs moans about. I'll try and get some pictures when im up my dads yard, bit unmobile atm

let me know what you think,

    Flan

ps im not gonna split it as i've spent so long putting it all together

Not really, its cost me more to buy all the bits separate as it would have done to buy a whole Williams car with tax and MOT. The she'll really was bare. I had to fit evrything from wiper motors to full int loom ECT

Sounds like a good deal for someone wanting a pre-converted car.
I also remember Midge selling the Rolling shell.

PS: Flan - sell the missus, keep the car

Yer its SnakeyLadys old one... well sort off as the only part original of her car is the bare metal shell and the number plate. It seamed a bit of a shame to let it get broken to bits. When i brought it off midge it was a very very bare shell indeed so i have had to fit.

    Rear lights
    tailgate internals
    full lockset inc barel
    steering coloumbe
    steering wheel
    Sound deadening
    Carpet
    seats
    center consol
    roof lining
    rear plastic int pannels
    battery in boot kit
    full dash
    Williams Dials
    all the heater matrix dials
gear lever and meck + heat shield underneith
all the brake lines (the ones on the williams were cut)
rear beam of the 16v (as it was seized)
    rear calipers
    Front brakes and calipers
new handbrake cable (still to be fitted)
    door looms and door cards
    wings,bonnet,bumper
full enginebay loom, loom into the car and int loom!
    fusebox
    wiper motor
    heater motor
    scuttle pannel
    engine,box,shafts...ect
    steering rack
    Carbon heat shield
    boost gauge

plus loads of other fun jobs :D

So its almost ready to go, car's running n driving. I might get it all painted up for FCS and stick it on show + track. Just a bit anoying when your working on a car you cant drive
