    Hill power or BB?

    Im thinking of getting a 2nd opinion on the rollers,and take it to poeple that no renaults.im about the same distance from hill power and BB so which one should i go to?cheers

    yeah your right actually what they like tho?int hill power more old skool with the mk 1 clios etc wheres Gdi are 172/182s etc?
    cos i mentioned to Gdi about adjusting my crank sensor and he told me they dont do that sort of stuff and that was the thing they did with the 5 turbo in the day!

    yeah hill power are proper old skool

    old skool guys are the best to go to imo, they know their sh1t and dont mess u about either. My valvers gettin sprayed by a bloke whos's bee doin it 20 odd years same deal with my 2.0 rebuild

    imo go to hillpower , at least over 50% of ppl on the forum have had there cars on nicks rollers.

    it will be a better comparison for you against other cars on here.

    the last rr day i went to there was a guy with a prima conversion using bike carbs , he seemed impressed with the advice nick gave him , might be worth a shot.

    That sounds good to me mate ill get on the blower tomorrow.
    can you remember the power figures he got with the prima conversion?

    i think the guy made 190bhp atf , but it wasnt fuelling right or sumthing , so maybe more to come from it.

    pm cliolord it was his mates car, his more clued up then me
