Need someone who can sort my arch....

My arch has a tiny bit of rust showing at the very bottom of the arch. I wondered if anyone knew anybody that could cut the bad patch out, weld a new patch in and make it look brand new. Blend the 449 into the rest of the car. I don't want someone whos out for a joyride or who is going to filler over rust it needs to be done properly. Someone who will warranty their work for a long period also. Can anyone help? I just dont want the thought of someone rapeing the limiter from cold

Sean, how much did he charge? Im thinking of getting my front end painted (bonnet, bumper, arches, blended into doors). If i can get a reasonable price i may get my arches done too.
