PTFE Inlet and Throttle Body Gaskets - 16v

    Hi All;

As you may have seen in the Performance Tuning section I am now in a position to offer PTFE Gaskets, both inlet manifold and throttle body. These gaskets act as a heat barrier (due to the properties of PTFE) between firstly the head and the inlet manifold, meaning there is a massive reduction in heat to the inlet thus reducing intake temperatures.
The gasket between the manifold and throttle body acts in the same way but extends this to the very opening of the induction to keep temps as low as possible from the very start.

Please see this thread for full details....

    http://www.williamsclio.co.uk/forum/...ic.php?t=24964

As these gaskets are lazer machined on a C02 bed as a direct copy of the OE part they provide 100% quality. Photos on the above link speak for themselves.

    Prices are as follows:

    • 3mm PTFE Inlet Manifold Gasket - £24 posted
3mm PFFE Throttle Body Gasket - £7.50 posted
      3mm PTFE Mani and T.Body Gaskets - £30 posted

    Paypal preferred.

Please PM me if you are interested and I will sort from there!

    Many Thanks

Any problems then please let me know.

Think that's a good price for both of them to be honest.

You guys would pay more on a performance filter and clear indicators!

I might be interested, but I have to check my finances after payday next week. So many bills and the car blowing up have cost me £££ this month!

Sorry lads dont mean to lay on any guilt trip - just there was a lot of interest and now having made them up it seems nobody wants one that is all - should have got orders in advance - my bad!

People on the 106 rallye register are paying 30quid just for the manifold gasket and thats on the basis of 25 people buying them!

If you put into consideration the following:

    Artwork @ £25.00 - per drawing
    Set-up @ £15.00 - per batch
Each @ £60 per hour - thats £1 per min.

Bearing in mind a clio 16v inlet manifold gasket takes ten minutes to cut with a lazer - due to its high temp properties, that makes it pretty good value!

Plus postage and packaging and paypal fees and so on they are infact very good value!!
