advise needed please

the insurance are being idiots and only wanna bog the damage but i want a new arch (lol u gotta try) but due to the arch all ready having a bit of rust they wont replace it
they have said they will bog it or i walk away with £500 to get it fixed myself i know £500 is no where near enough also id have to hire a car to get to work which would cost quite a bit anyway

my view is im an innocent party in this accident so i cant grasp why there being so pissy over £400
when they eventually get off there arses and sue the bus company they will get the money back anyway
i have all ways told them when i insure it i take it shows and it means a lot to me they all ways charge me top whack because i stress its a limited number car and hard to replace
i have always thought when i want another car i would just lock this 1 up but i know if i let them fill and bog the arch it will always bother me and i see it as the end of the car in a way ?

price to bog it = £900
price to replace rear arch = £1300
i have to pay £300 myself which i hope in time i will get back ?

i cant belive it just as i pated in the photo links they have just rang and have aggreed to replace the rear pannel whoo hoo panic over with now im sooo happy
