    track rod ends

    should all track rod ends have a locking nut on them?

    mine dont, is it going to be a problem, as i can fit some if it is

    Would ahve thought it depends on the type, the locking nut on mine are on the track rods rather than the ends as the ends are female

    ive converted to manual rack so the ends are now male, but the new ends didnt come with locking nuts.

    what could potentially happen if i didnt fit locking nuts?

    Yeah manual is same as mine, should have locking nuts, mine came from GSF complete with nuts

    bugger

    gonna have to take them off again and get a nut to fit from local engineering place

    ah well might aswell take the n/s hub off while im there and fit a new bearing
