No problem tbh I mis-read the original description and when I saw people talking about hi/lo bulbs in their replies I had wrongly assumed they were the more common half halogen half xenon kits.

As it happens I would be able to beat the price as I'll be buying direct from the manufacurer but I'll leave you to it if you want to stick with your current seller.

yep thats a bi-xenon or hi/lo as they call them currently, they are advertised as the same thing and as said tit simply moves the bulb inside that reflective holster using a solenoid. this provides a change in the beam pattern and bulb exposure to give main beam or dipped. its instantanious change aswell as unlike std bulbs theres no second element to heat up.
