trade in value

What do you guys reckon the trade in value is on a williams 3, 100k, pretty decent nick, very slight rust on the arches etc, bar that it looks well, seem to be on the autotrader for around 3k, what do reckon i would be looking at? i'm pressuming it wont be worth bothering with and it will obviously pull more being sold privatley, but are they selling at the moment?

I got offerd around £2000 from a dealer, but i didnt realy want 2 change.

I'm keeping my options open daz, thoughts are on either a classic subaru type ra or an mr2 turbo at the moment, a mate of mine used to have an mr2 turbo which i used to drive a lot, very nice car and very quick, plenty of tuning options aswell, or who knows maybe even another willy with all the shit done to it!

i change my mind a lot but i do have my eyes on a nice sorted black mr2 at the minute, might go and take a look at it, and see what i get offered for mine.

Doubt you'd get much from most dealers. I took my Williams 3 to Reno and they said £1500. Too hard to sell and not worth the risk. He was pissed off when I came back a day later saying i had sold it for more than double that

mines probably more like ur old one andrew. sits at 43'k, im the second owner. full service history, just needs a wheel refurb really, god knows what id get for it.

For good ones it will probably stay the same.

No car is really an investment - they all (generally) cost more than you ever get back, bloody things lol
