try adrian flux mate. my mate got insured for 1000 tpft on a vlaver. my williams cost me 600 with three years no claims when i was 20 with them. there the cheapest around for young drivers.

3105 - fully comp.
I live in a good postcode, been driving 2 years, doing about 4k a year as it will be a second car, have a company car which is used every day!!! No NCB though...
