very strange starting problem!!

hi guys... sometimes my car will start as it should, then 5 mins later it wont, just sits there trying to fire up, but wont as if it has no petrol.. then 5 mins later it does fire up! lol.. its pissing me right off!

any ideas what could cause this?

bad earth? dodgey coil pack? have you checked your spark? rotor arm, dizzy cap, ht leads etc... wet ecu?

loose connection somewhere? make sure the fuel pump is pumping when cranking, my first valver used to play up like that, dodgy fuel pump connections

i would say it is more likely to start from cold.. when warm it doesnt like to start again!

yeah exactly that.. i wait for my water temp guage to be 0 and it starts every time! its really odd!
