    What is the plug thnig in the middle of the underside of the inlet manifold then? I always thought it was a cold start sensor?

    Wrong,

    The sensor on the underside in the middle (brown plug), is the knock sensor.

    THe cold start injector is still underneath but its a blue plug and its sitautated further to the right.
