Headlight relay's

The other night, went to turn my lights on and found dipped beam wasnt working, only main and sidelights, I presume this is a relay problem but which one do i need to replace?

I'd check your fuses first, and the bulbs before you start replacing relays.....cheapest and easiest options first lol
