    Piston ring end gap

I believe most hi-comp pistons comes with piston rings.

What is the recommended piston ring end gap on a F7R?
    I just like double checking....
Does anybody have any experience with Total Seal rings?

Haynes manual should have the info you require.

Saw those when i was rebuilding mine, but didn't have the money to stretch to them at the time

For a NA application the rule of thumb is 4thou for every inch of bore diameter for the top ring, and 3thou for the second ring.

Total seal make very good rings. Its best to practice on some old rings if your gapping them yourself...though most which come with forged pistons are pre-gapped.

Just make sure the ends are square and butt up to eachother square.
