    PAS

At low speeds, i.e. manoeuvering, the PAS screeches like buggery, getting worse on full lock. Any ideas on what part in the rack is on the go?

first check the pas fluid level. top it more than max and maybe it will stop grinding. My valver had the same problem until I`ve topped the reservoir above max level.

If its screeching surely it would be the belt slipping.
Worn pumps make more of a groaning noise.
