    megane vs williams b/e

    been looking through old posts etc .
    sounds like the megane b/e is more advanced
    over williams b/e ?? is this true ??

    if so ,what is the difference ?

    nothing to right home about. think the crank has moved on a little.

    yes mate due to a smaller port head with bigger valves and a different manifold. nothing to do with the bottom end

    I think the only diff with the bottom end is the oil pump is driven by a chain internally rather than by the cam belt.

    think some late models were driven like that and the oil pump drive became just a pulleys

    714 was chain driven like the F4R's.
