Cut springs!

Was looking at the springs on the williams, i knew that shw was sitting lower than standard, and im now convinced that sum butcher was at them before i got it has cut the standard springs, they are black with a white mark about 15mm long, on a coil. hece im looking for 172 cup springs, would this run well?

yeah 1 7 2 springs are fine. maybe they have snapped a coil off. its quite common.
