Turbo's seem to be lower on Hydrocarbons (of all the car's I have MOT'd) so you may be surprised. Remember to make sure them warm the car up first otherwise it may fail though (And it wouldn't be a fair test without the car being up to temperature).

well here in holland it's only allowed to increase the std HP with 30%
mayB you'll pass the mod but if your cars HP's are more then 30% of the original HP you'll have to undergo a inspection at the department of traffic.
at the mod test you have to be under a sertain amount of Co2
that joke will cost at least 1500 euro's
thats why we DONT do that. just uprate your car and hope the cops wont ever ask you to pop your hood and see a big turbo in there.
