Scuttle Induction Kits

Hello,

Im going to be getting in a load of the tubing, possibly enough for 16-20 cars.

(polished stainless 63mm OD if i remember correctly)

If people pay me i could also try and bulk order the 2 45degree elbows you would need.

Im also going to try making the mounting brackets but im not promissing anything on those, but you could make one yourself or use your old one etc etc.

Want to guage interest etc.

Tubing will be about £15 - £20

and the elbows i have yet to find other sources but euro performance was where i have seen them...


everyone is talking about it, whos up for doing it!

This is the problem I have been having, knowing what lengths/diameters of tubing to get and where to source it from. Cause Im LAZY!

You are obviously in the know.

You got an acurate final price?

How quick you going to get all the parts?

current calculations reviel the tube will cost £20 each person
and the elbows are

£46/set if we get 10 people in.
or
£50 a set each... £4 saving is pretty piss poor if you ask me!

Thats were i am at now anyway.

For the filters i would suggest using cotton green filters like maxi or ram air ones which im trying to source.. unless anyone has objections im going for the cheapest option as there all the same to me!

Im hoping to order in a couple of weeks if i get enough interest, so please start promoting it on the other forums. Need 10 people really to get this off the ground.

Count me in. This was on my list of things to do anyway, so having the chance to get all the right parts, lengths, etc. already sorted sounds ideal!

yes, should be able to, tho the scuttle is better for it!

I could just sell the tubing if thats what your really asking, as its hard to get in short lengths. minimum order is 6meters

Rather put it in the arch as I wouldn't have to start cutting holes anywhere!
