You say 140 @7k but on the dash there is a 150 - in what revs you will be there? where's the limiter? in what revs?

id done that using a 1.8 gearbox which has a shorter 5th ratio than a williams box has, hence it only doing 140@7k ( 7k is my limit ). ive now got a williams box on and it does 140 @ about 6.6k so i estimate new top speed to be around 147 @ 7k ??? Originally Posted by Yamaha_YzF-R1

my hybrid tops out at 139 on gps :@ stupid valver box.
gna rebuild my spair 1 and put a longer 5th gear in it mwhahaha
