there is a good reason behind it which is totally
designed on the idea of protecting my buyers
i cant really explain this a public forum my good man .

It just keeps seller fee's down, i did it once and some guy won my auction but went mad saying he wasnt going to pay the extortionate P&P, sending ame all these links on how i had breached all these rules blah blah. He payed it in the end
