im running, forged low comp pistons, standard size but uprated gasket and standard bottom end, apart from new bearings. and a good ol clean up...

hopefully, from what i have heard there is a 320bhp chip about. gonna be madness running 1.5 bar, havent got lsd tho so a start off from the line will be slippy but, williams turbo..... gonna rock.

My friend wants to know where's the horsepower limit of the gearbox and clurch?

standard clutch is made of cheese, you will kill it with any turbo aplication, uprated clutch is good for around 250bhp and the same torque in lb/ft but i'm running that with that power and its not going to last! best of with a paddle clutch kit, thats good to over 400bhp i think. std gearbox of a valver if newish should be good to 350bhp, williams bit more maybe but again dont expect them to last too long. :P

I believe Neil (maxiboy) is running some piper turbo spec cams, or they may be catcams, either way am sure he'll elt u know asap!

yes mate there a set of custom piper cams with high lift and short duration designed to meet my spec.

was thinking of going wilder but may not need too if fisrt indications are anything to go by.

i use a sepresso head gasket can get different thickness.

yes use renault 21 turbo injectors and map sensors. uprated fuel pump.

running the ngk bcr8es plugs.

using a pace charge cooler system.

running a two inch mongoose system.

Are they not bike plugs?
