    96 432 2.0 16v Williams Hybrid - Testing the water

Right i know i haven't had it very long but im thinking of changing cars again!

It started out in my possession as a rusty beaten up 1.8 16v.

It went into the spray shop to have work done on a rotten arch+sill which is now sorted and i had some other imperfections taken out.

Since ive owned it alots happened, i went to Cornwall to buy a top end rebuilt F7R, the spec of the engine isn't completely known to me but it is very quick.

The paper spec of the car :

    Chassis 102k miles.
2.0 F7R out of a Williams 2 Engine 90k when brought but had head rebuild within last 3k.
Full recent service belts/ oil/fuel filters.
uprated drilled disks and green stuff pads on front, standard rears.
Brand spanking Cobra clubman buckets, no rips or tears.
3 point OMP and Sabelt race harnesses.
    Genuine K-tech carbon fibre bonnet.
FUll custom stainless steel exhaust with magnex backbox
    gunnerchipped Williams ecu
completely stripped bar roof lining, drivers door card and dash
has 15" pro race 1.2s in black with new tyres all round
    Williams 3 colour coded spoiler

the car runs a valver manifold and downpipe but it feels more torquey low down because of this im sure i do have a williams manifold to go with it but no downpipe.

the car ha sa slight crack in the sump which we sealed but does leak ever so slightly, pressure is not effected though. It needs a few things to pass its MOT which are new front pads (i can sort that if required) and the cat put back on and i think a new front spring. Other than that it should go through fine. I can fix these and MOT the car but the price will increase obviously. Its not alot to do.

This car easily overtakes 240bhp turbo astras up the local strip and i fended off a 300bhp scooby till end of fourth gear. Its stupidly quick compared to the standard Williams 2 i raced hense i dont know what quite is in the engine. Anyway heres some pictures and a vid :
