Maybe thats why Mitchy fitted nos, because he realised even with the 270 BHP he would still get OWNED by a 2.0 normally aspirated car running under 200 bhp.

    Good video Martin

It doesn't bother me in the slightest as you know as well as i do 1/4 miling is all about abilities of the drivers. The launch, timing and gear changing spring to mind.

As for reference , there are quite a few chipped cars out there running like a bag of spanners. I was at a RR meet a couple of weeks ago and some chipped cars were only running 230-235bhp

There are also a fair few who have run 14.5/6 in standard cars so this is a poor run from a chipped car or a poor run from the driver.

Not taking anything away from it mate as you obviously beat a cupra R up the strip although a lot of the time its down to the drivers and not the actual cars.

I believe you ran against the TT beastie??

:D No provoking you this time lol fair play :P I thought it was a stnd example tbh but no.... oh and his launches were far from brilliant although I imagine it's tough to shift a heavy, fwd, turbo quick off the line anyway...

well i observed a lcr at fc track day getting its arse whooped... if i was to spend new car money .. i'd certainly think, and buy something fast and track worthy... not a vehicle to drive my gran to the hospital in and for me to listen to classic FM, smoking a king Edward cigar.

Excellent days work Martin... seems your car really is running well....
