    Replacing front wheel bearings

    How do i go about this... just failed my MOT!

    i assume remove hubs, press out old bearings and press in some new ones!

    fun fun.. got a 19mount and goto change all the bulbs and putting my standard headlights on!

    Its as simple as that mate,but.....if theyre really feckered and old they will be absolute cnuts to get out,mine took many lbs of pressing on a hydraulic press,best thing is to get a local garage to sort them for you.

    yeah dad is mate with our garage owner. £5/side for the rears, thats press the old ones out and fit the new ones.

    hopefully it will be the same for the fronts.

    its always fun when the inner race is left on the disc carrier!!

    after 12hours hard at it and a £300 hole im my wallet, we have repainted the subframe, fitted a 3month rack with new gators and track rod ends. Got new lower ball joints and arb rubbers fitted, re routed a new front pas tube, with new o rings and added a R19 mount for luck :D

    now waiting for the garage to finnish pressing a set of new bearings then the car should run again!

    also have to fix lots of bulbs and finnish putting standard headlights on!

    Wooooo!!!
