Clio Williams vs Civic Type R

Hi.I'm the owner of this clio.The car now is about 200-210 Hp and has about 30k miles with no problems at all.We haven't tested on quarter mile yet but if we have enough time to put all stuff we have maybe i take part at the April drag race.The only thing that hurts for now is the petrol as with a full tank do about 200-250 Km

quickest n/a stret legal iv seen so far is the reliant kitten with the r1 lump in....runs late 10s early 11 sec 1/4s ......mental fast lol

As much as I like the idea that our little clio being the quickest NA car in Greece; I think it is quite hard to get decent low speed traction on the Williams once the power/torque rises. Fat front tyres and LSDs would be very helpful but sub-12 second quarter mile times are usually the domain of RWD or 4WD. An old stripped-out modded 3-series Beemer would be my weapon of choice for an NA qtr mile dash. And keep the modded clio for short-track lap times.

NA street legal with no over 2,0 lt engine.
I do not think that the car will do ever below high 12.

Yeah, that sounds about right. I used to know a guy with a Civic with a 2.2litre VTEC lump pushing about 240bhp. On the few occasions that he launches properly, he's just about equal with WRX Stis and EVOs on the sprint. So, I guess 13 secs qtr mile is about right. Heh, but when he spins, I think I can outrun his car on foot.
