    battery light staying on?

    ok recently my battery light seems to come on intermittently while driving and stay on for 5 mins or so. so i have done a process of elimination and changed all the earths in engine bay put new alternator in it new starter and new battery also changed all the alternator wiring today and it still does it lol anyone else have any ideas or had this happen to them?

    have you checked the batterys charging though. may be a wiring fault

    noyhing daft like dodgy display warning light

    have replaced all wiring to battery so couldnt be that. possibly just a dodgy batt light but was just trying to find out if it was anything else. the car does not start sometimes but if you leave it for 20 mins and come back to it it does lol

    Sounds like bad earth. Check and clean the gearbox earth first, as that is usually the culprit for multiple electrical problems.

    all the earths have been replaced with new ones
