    yea but tbh if you sued for 22k and she had FIXABLE back problems causing her no long term damage - wouldnt you say 22k is a bit greedy??

    I'll be the first to say that the next accident i have i have i will be complaining of whiplash, back pain, mental scarring..... anything and everything.

    I know its wrong to a degree but if i was able to get £22k it would go a long way to securing our financial future and would take a noticeable amount off the mortgage!

    I had to live with her back pain almost as closely as she did and I can tell you it was a serious problem. £22k greedy? No.
