phase 2 cars have 2 of them... one fitted in the n/s foot well and another in the dash area or under ther gear stick cowling

it appears to be ok now, i left it in the boiler cupboard overnight, still crap though would rather do away with the immobiliser all together.

Phase 2 clio you've got?????

Get a phase 1 ecu and it removes the immobiliser. They can be had quite cheaply too.
