I would hazard a guess that I removed around 75Kg bringing the cars weight down to around 920Kg. I removed the spare wheel, rear seats and all rear trim, sound deadening under carpets, front door cards, rear wiper motor and jack. Plus I fitted a set of Team Dynamics 15" alloys which are lighter than the Turbines...Unsprung weight is a killer :P

After stripping, It felt much more alive and the sound was unreal you can really hear some hard back pressure exiting the exhaust. Feels like a real drivers car plus you wont get your mates asking for a lift everywhere with no rear seats

It's not brutally heavy but it weighs more than you think. Every little helps, ask Martin

All the traction control will do is cut power when the wheels start spinning, so it doesn't improve traction so much as just regain it... which is something of a hinderance and very rarely an advantage.
