    Polishing Turbines?

Hey guys, have a look at the link below. Could someone give me some advise on how to get my turbines looking like these? It looks like they have been polished in certain places and sprayed a darker grey on the centre caps? Any info would be much appreceated! Thanks

depends on your budget. a wheel place could do that. otherwise strip the wheels and use varying grades of wet and dry paper to polish up the section you want polished with maybe a final polish done with a mop. then mask these areas you and spray the areas you want grey
