    problem help if u can

    got the abs light on my car and ever time my mate puts his snap-on scanner on it goes into abs and it says it loses connection with ecu
    do u think it needs a whole abs unit to turn the light off
    plz help thanks

    no, pull the fuse / remove bulb!

    what if i dont wont to do that tho ??
    is it the ecu on the abs unit thats f**ked

    could be a faulty unit or it could be a faulty sensor, either way they can be a pain to sort and not too cheap either (sensor wise), i have mine disconnected anyway as i prefer the way it drives, most people do.
