as above. im thinking it may be wise to go with manual steering with the turbo conversion.

can anybody tell me which parts i need. my car is a williams so im not sure what i need the parts from? willy1??
or part numbers from renault plz. i may remove all i can from mine and sell a widetrack conversion and replace mine with widetrack manual?

    any help appreciated

manual rack from like a 1.2 model inc track rod ends
manual column from same above- a manual steering model
Volvo 440 alternator brakcet- or modify your own

    A shorter alternator belt.

    813mm iirc.

tbh id want pas on a turbo, i had a 205 turbo and putting the power down out of tight bends was a struggle as it wanted to pull you off the road, once converted to pas it was much better to drive fast.

i also have a manual converted valver and id prefer pas.

Renault also made 16v's with PAS and air con that ran an electric pump for JDM. Could probably just hook an electric pump upto the std rack

any idea what modifications are needed if i was to modify my alternator bracket? this would be for a manual conversion on a r19 16v f7p if it makes any difference
