Yeah i get traction problems from my Jefferey Wests. Quality shoes though, even if i look a ywat every now and then slipping over.

Yeah, I found that the valver is more willing to wheel spin since the PAS has gone...probably due to the lighter front-end as well as the extra power. That rack and assosiated bits weighed quite a lot...

I'm getting severe traction trouble at the mo. Got beat to 30 by a Mini One yesterday. I took it easy as I set off but then it all went to shit when it got over 4k.

Loads better now I have had the tracking done. but you still have to use first gear with caution.
At a guess the manual set up will weigh 50% less, if not less than P/S set up.
