Yer they do look darker in real life but i think the flash on the camera
makes them look even britghter than what they are ...

I think all that needs doing is the blue needs tobe navy blue or as dark
as he can get it ... as i think thats all that needs doing ..

At the end of the day they are replica's not original so i think they will be
good enough when the blue colour is made darker ...

so as you say 99% there at last

Deffo needs to be a lot darker but as said previously flash washes out colour i personally think that the gold is not quite right if you look at the pdf and other photos need to be a bit lighter i would say a bit more of a subtle gold imo. Its still a bit shiny if you get what I mean.

The Picture Purple put up I think is the best colour wise perhaps the blue is tad dark but those are the colours to go by imo.

Yer when you look at the original williams 3 decal on the rear hatch in this
thread the gold almost looks yellow in colour ,

Basically though the design looks ok its just the colours would you say ??

i like the look of the second attempt, but what i like about the genuine reno ones is the backing is shaped to allow perfect allignment to the renault badge, perhaps picky but what the heck

well yer there not perfect but i suppose that comes with the price ...

at £6.44 including postage there a fraction of the cost of Renault ones ..

but i understand they need to be close to the originals..

He's well aware of this forum as ive sent him a link for him to monitor the
reaction of the decals ...

so he knows the score .. ive just bought some for my car but there not
the ones with the blue inset , there just the normal outline ones in the
new template that i sent him .. as im selling my car im not really arsed
that they dont have the blue inset in ..

I have emailed him to say that the blue needs to be much darker as
the decals dont look right on the car with the inset on at the moment ...

So i'll let you know when he gets back to me but you are welcome to get
intouch with him and vioce your interest in the new decals ...

any news i'll post up on here ..

ill find someone with a decent scanner and try and scan my set in that way you should get the backing paper dimensions too if that helps
