In theory if I scanned my gen ones and printed them out could a printers just use that?

Those ^^ don't look right looking at the originals - not a bad effort though!

Yer when you put them next to the original they dont look right but im sure
he could sort that out as these are just examples of what he can do ...

If you have the originals and can scan them and send via email im sure
he can get them printed out ...

aye but I don't want to ruin the new ones - can take pictures of mine on the car, rezize them to match the ones I've got here on my desk and send em to him

I did actaully send him a picture of an original Williams 3 Decal
but it was on a rear hatch and wasnt to size .. I think what he needs is a
Decal sending in the exact size and shape etc to make copies and print
out ..

Right guys the guy who does the decals has been intouch with the
following info on the Williams Decals


The decals I offer, were a generic set made from a customers very bad photo that he bought in to our sign shop. I can however create an exact replica set for you, this is what i need.

I need a full straight on photo of your actual decals side and rear.
I need the actual length in mm's from the start of the W to the end of the digit.
and also the height of the tallest character, ie, the first straight line on the W.

The process is pretty simple, I import the photo in to the sign software, and i use a series or straight and curved lines to basically trace around the decal on the photo, once done, i colour as needed on screen and then resize to the measurements supplied.

So basically he need the original decal to be able to make replica's
