Camber Adjustment/setting?

Ive got a set of H&R camber correcting bolts.. as the inside of my front tyres are getting worn out too quickly

the inside inch of the tyre is super smooth, but the rest of it has a few 1000miles left, The car is lowered 60mm on non standard shocks and springs.

But i havent got a clue about camber settings

So what would the camber need to be so my tyres last a little longer ?

Back to the standard setting?
