    DOOR PILLARS

    does anyone know what is used to cover the door pillars...thinking about getting mine re done as they have cracked, is it some sort of vinyl....any thoughts...

    yeah its some sort of vinyl. don,t know if you can get it from renault though. other opitions are paint or http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=1206

    Renault still sell them, expensive for what they are tho, when you take your old ones off use a hairdryer to get them off, comes off easy then rather than in 5mm bits

    They are about £13 each side from Renault.

    I've put them on my old cars in the past and got a set waiting to go on the willy - for this price don't bother trying to get something off a roll - its a pain in the arse to do and doesn't look right compared to the original stuff. amazing the difference it makes to a car too! looks good renewed

    hey why dont u just pull them off if the door hasntbeen painted its the same colour underneath

    I have some genuine Renault ones, still in the packaging. Intended to put them on my Clio, but never got round to it. PM me if you want them mate, and we can sort summat out.
