    Stella Artois nicked Evo's logo...

    ....'Reasuringly expensive'

    haha :D

Owned Evo's and will definately own more! they are an ubelievable drive and can work as a normal everyday car or an absolute track beast!

Some parts are expensive yes, circa 500GBP for a cheap aftermarket stainless exhaust, 200GBP each for discs, service every 5k miles, AYC oil change every 9k miles (just changed wooohooo used to be 5k), if you go crazy and get aftermarket turbo's and other tom foolery you will be shelling out a good 2-3kGBP. However, if you are interested in EVO's log onto www.lancerregister.com and have a look around. there are loads of cheap mods that can be one to get the evo running superb and for relatively little costs. The costs definately dont outweigh the pleasures of driving and the respect given when pottering around you local town haha. best thing ever, the look on Aston Martin DB9 owners faces when you are all over their brand spanking new ass! haha

Shame on you to call the sacred name of FORD. lol

£ for performance you cant get much better than a ford, but not everyone likes em and each to their own like. For £500 on a Escos you get a stage 3, which is map sensor, greens and a chip - takes you to 330bhp, work out how much it would cost to get an evo to that power, and compare......

    :D :D :D

You say you dont like fords but what bout a FRS?? cheap to insure, mine is less than a 182 to insure (grp 16) an a good one is available for around £11500 to £14000

I also wouldn't be seen dead in a Ford.
