will a 172 gearbox fit my valver? and if so are there any gains to be had?? any modifications to fit it??

ive just done it to my car mate. longer ratios. it will take u rite round the clock to bout 70+ in 2nd depending what your rev limit is. strong box. u have to mod the gearbox mount. its hard to explain. gi me a ring 07708522881 n ill gladly explain.
