    Weight of Cage vs Interior

ULF should be getting treated to a full cage and buckets hopefully. Just wondering what the weight differences are between cage+buckets vs full interior (cards, benches, fron seats etc)

Cages are about 30 kilos. About the same as the boot carpet, parcel shelf, rear seats and belts and a few bits of plastic. Plus the spare, which is 20 kilos, if you're taking that out?

Worth considering that the weight you're taking out is low-down in the car (particularly the spare) and the cage goes right up to the roof. Nowt much you can do about it though... CSL carbon roof maybe?!

Aye but the sunroof is going as well. Might keep the spare for ballast. Might even re-locate the battery.

Yep move the battery to the passenger rear footwell as the Clios are very heavy on the offside with a driver in.
