    I should have known what Gsf was since ive been there 3 times just down road from where i work in totton gone for standard discs all round for min as saving my money for srvice and cam belt change. Going to go for better pads though as had padgid fast road pads on one of my old car and i really noticed the difference.

    If you are changing pads - check that the calipers and guide pins are moving freely. They do tend to get sticky in the clio and would negate the benefits of the new pads.
