fronts tend to be 35mm,60mm i think. rear is adjusted till it looks right, not really measured in mm, i usually say mine is down 55mm all round but in all honesty i have no idea, its just low!

Mines 40mm at the front, and about 50 at the back. To give you an idea.....



I think most people go for 35/40mm at the front and the back adjusted to what you prefer as Coops said.
