Airbag warning light

Just recieved a email from a lad who has a late model valver with a airbag warning light that remains on when the cars running.....apparently the bulb was removed when he bought it.

Are there any fixes people know of providing the basics are all ok ? (it has a airbag and the fuse is ok)

Check the contacts in the steering wheel.
Is the light on the dash or the wheel?
