Gear problems?

Williams engine been in for about 3k and im using a valver box. Everything was checked before the engine went in, clutch and stuff is fine.

Car started struggling to get gears about a week ago, spesh 2nd and 3rd so I have hardly driven it since. Fella who sorts out my car has had a look today and he re-adjusted something for me. Think it was the selector.

Now the car is better but still struggling sometimes? The fella only had time to spend 5 mins looking at it so do you think it needs doing again or any other ideas why this could be? Thanks in advance, Rob.

if he fiddled with selcector n made it bit better then chances are it may need a bit more fine adjustment. that wud definatly be my 1st port of call neway as its the cheapest!
